Welcome to Hotel Prabhu Chhaya. By making a reservation or staying at our hotel, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Reservation

All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. A valid ID proof is required at the time of check-in for all guests. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

3. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect the property and maintain decorum during their stay.

Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will result in additional charges.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and designated areas. Violation will result in a penalty.

4. Child Policy

Children under 6 years of age stay free of charge when using existing beds.

Extra beds or cots are available upon request and may incur additional charges.

5. Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of check-in.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and UPI payments.

6. Liability

The hotel is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables left unattended in guest rooms or public areas.

Guests are advised to use the in-room safe or deposit valuables at the front desk.

7. Pets

Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.

8. Force Majeure

The hotel is not liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
