1. Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation (48 Hours Prior):

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

Late Cancellation (Less than 48 Hours):

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.

Same-Day Cancellation or No-Show:

• No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. The total booking amount will be charged.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• In case of technical issues or delays, please contact our front desk or customer service for assistance.

3. Early Departure

• If a guest chooses to check out earlier than the reserved stay, a refund may be issued for the unused nights, minus a charge for one additional night as an early departure fee.

4. Special Promotions & Non-Refundable Rates

• Reservations made under special promotions, discounted rates, or non-refundable offers are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.

5. Group Bookings & Long Stays

• For group bookings or stays exceeding 7 days, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will result in a charge of 50% of the total booking value.
